Digital service delivery

PEAKERR provides digital social media marketing services. No physical product is shipped. Delivery begins electronically after a valid order is submitted and accepted by the system.

01

Delivery Policy Overview

This policy applies to all orders placed through the PEAKERR website, user dashboard, mass-order system, subscriptions, drip-feed tools, child panels, and API.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery times are estimates and may vary according to the selected service, order quantity, platform conditions, provider capacity, link quality, and other operational factors.

02

Digital Delivery Only

All PEAKERR services are delivered electronically to the social media profile, page, post, video, channel, group, website, or other supported destination submitted with the order.

  • No physical goods are packaged or shipped.
  • No postal or courier delivery is involved.
  • Order progress is displayed inside the customer dashboard.
  • Delivery is linked to the exact URL or username provided by the customer.
03

Order Processing

After an order is submitted, the system checks the account balance, selected service, quantity, and supplied link. An accepted order may enter the processing queue immediately or after a short validation period.

  • Automated services may begin within seconds or minutes.
  • Manually reviewed services may require additional processing time.
  • Large orders may be divided into smaller delivery batches.
  • Drip-feed orders follow the schedule selected during checkout.
  • Subscription orders are processed according to their configured cycles.
Starting time is not completion time

A service showing a fast start does not guarantee that the full quantity will be completed within the same period.

04

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

The estimated start time and speed displayed in a service description are general guidance based on typical performance. They are not a guaranteed deadline.

  • Small orders may complete faster than large-volume orders.
  • High-demand services may experience queue congestion.
  • Platform updates or restrictions may temporarily reduce delivery speed.
  • Country-targeted and high-quality services may require more time.
  • Custom comments, reviews, or manually processed services may take longer.

Customers should review the service description before ordering and select a service suitable for their expected delivery speed.

05

Order Status and Tracking

Customers can track orders through the dashboard. Common order statuses may include:

  • Pending: the order is waiting for processing.
  • In Progress: delivery has started or is being processed.
  • Processing: the order is active in the provider queue.
  • Completed: the system has recorded the order as delivered.
  • Partial: part of the quantity was delivered and the undelivered amount was adjusted.
  • Canceled: the order could not be processed and the applicable amount was returned to the panel balance.

Status updates may not always appear instantly because provider and platform data can take time to synchronize.

06

Customer Delivery Requirements

Successful delivery depends on the customer providing a valid, accessible, and correctly formatted link or username.

  • The target account, page, post, video, or channel must remain public where required.
  • The submitted link must match the selected service.
  • The target must not block delivery through privacy or age restrictions.
  • The customer must not change the username or URL during processing.
  • The customer must not place overlapping orders for the same target and service type.
  • The target must comply with the relevant social platform’s technical requirements.
08

Changes During Delivery

Changing the target while an order is pending or in progress may interrupt delivery and invalidate support eligibility.

  • Do not change usernames, handles, links, or profile IDs.
  • Do not delete or archive the ordered post or video.
  • Do not make the target private during delivery.
  • Do not remove existing followers, likes, views, or other metrics used for start-count verification.
  • Do not place the same order with another provider at the same time.

PEAKERR is not responsible for incomplete or inaccurate delivery caused by changes made by the customer.

09

Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to maintenance, provider shortages, social-platform updates, API interruptions, network issues, security reviews, unusually high demand, regional restrictions, or events outside PEAKERR’s reasonable control.

A delayed order is not automatically considered failed. Customers should allow the applicable service timeframe to pass before opening a support ticket.

When a delay is confirmed, PEAKERR may request acceleration, monitor the provider, replace the service where available, or cancel the undelivered portion when technically possible.

10

Partial Delivery

An order may be marked partial when only part of the requested quantity can be delivered. In that case, the system generally charges for the delivered quantity and returns the value of the undelivered quantity to the customer’s PEAKERR account balance.

Partial calculations may use the recorded start count, current count, provider report, ordered quantity, and service rate. Natural platform fluctuations may affect visible counts.

11

Refill and Drop Protection

Some services include refill protection for a stated period. Refill eligibility depends on the service description and the order meeting all stated conditions.

  • The refill period begins from the order’s completion date unless stated otherwise.
  • The target must remain public and unchanged.
  • The starting count must remain measurable.
  • No overlapping order may interfere with count verification.
  • Natural loss, platform removal, or customer activity may not always qualify.
  • Services marked “No Refill” do not include replacement delivery.

Refill requests must be submitted through the designated refill function or support system within the eligible period.

12

Cancellation of Delivery

Orders cannot normally be canceled after they enter processing. Cancellation is available only when the system or provider confirms that the order has not been delivered and can technically be stopped.

If an order is canceled, the applicable undelivered value is usually returned to the customer’s PEAKERR balance. Any external payment refund remains subject to the separate Refund Policy.

13

Completed Orders

An order may be marked completed when the provider reports delivery, the requested quantity has been processed, or the service’s technical completion criteria have been met.

A completed status does not guarantee permanent retention of followers, likes, views, comments, subscribers, or other engagement unless the service specifically includes a refill guarantee.

Social platforms may remove activity, update counts, suspend accounts, or change their systems without notice. These actions are outside PEAKERR’s direct control.

14

Delivery Support and Disputes

For a pending, delayed, partial, or incorrect-status order, submit a support ticket and include:

  • The PEAKERR order ID.
  • The affected service and target link.
  • A concise explanation of the issue.
  • Relevant screenshots or count details where appropriate.

Customers should avoid submitting duplicate tickets for the same order because this can slow investigation. Support responses and provider checks may require reasonable processing time.

15

Changes to This Delivery Policy

PEAKERR may update this Delivery Policy when services, suppliers, platform rules, technology, payment procedures, or operational requirements change.

The latest version becomes effective when published on the website. Continued use of PEAKERR after an update indicates acceptance of the revised policy.

Reliable delivery starts with accurate order information.

Always review the service description and verify your target link before submitting an order.
