Service Description

PEAKERR provides social media marketing services, reseller tools, order-management features, and API access. Service availability, speed, price, start time, refill period, quality, and completion rate may differ between services.

Orders and Customer Responsibilities

Before submitting an order, you must verify the service, link, username, quantity, target account, and all other order details. Orders submitted with incorrect information may not be changed, cancelled, or refunded after processing begins.

• Keep the target account or content public while the order is active.
• Do not change usernames, links, or privacy settings during delivery.
• Do not combine incompatible services on the same target.
• Maintain the required starting count where applicable.

Payments, Deposits, and Account Balance

Prices are displayed on the website and may change without prior notice. You are responsible for payment charges, conversion fees, taxes, and third-party transaction costs that may apply.

Funds added to an account are credited for purchasing eligible services. Payment verification may be required before funds become available. You must not submit false payment evidence, initiate an unauthorized chargeback, or misuse a payment method.

Cancellation, Refill, and Refunds

Refunds, cancellations, and refills are handled according to the selected service description and the applicable refund policy. Completed or partially delivered orders are generally not eligible for a full refund.

• Eligible cancelled orders may be returned to the account balance.

PEAKERR is an independent service provider and is not owned, sponsored, endorsed, or operated by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, X, or any other third-party platform unless expressly stated.

Third-party platforms may change their systems, algorithms, rules, or technical requirements at any time. Such changes may affect delivery, retention, refill eligibility, or service availability.

API and Reseller Use

API users and resellers are responsible for securing API keys, validating order data, monitoring balances, handling their own customers, and accurately presenting service information.

• Do not expose your API key in public code or shared files.
• Do not send excessive, abusive, or malformed requests.
• Do not claim guaranteed results that PEAKERR does not provide.
• Maintain your own customer support and refund procedures.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PEAKERR does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent results, specific engagement, revenue, ranking, verification, reach, or business performance.

PEAKERR is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities, platform restrictions, content removal, account suspension, or actions taken by third-party platforms.

Account Restriction and Termination

PEAKERR may review, restrict, suspend, or terminate access when an account is connected to suspected fraud, chargebacks, abuse, prohibited activity, security threats, policy violations, or conduct that may harm users, providers, or the website.

Where appropriate, PEAKERR may request identity, payment, or ownership verification before restoring access or processing a withdrawal or refund.
