4. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments must be made using available payment methods. Prices may change without notice.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are issued only if an order is not delivered due to our fault.
• No refund for violating Terms or requesting illegal/prohibited content.
• Wallet balance is non-refundable except in exceptional cases.
• 10% refund fee applies for gateway refunds.
• Chargebacks or disputes result in permanent account suspension.

• Infringes copyrights or trademarks
• Promotes spam, scams, or phishing

Violation may result in cancellation and account suspension without refund.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Non-Drop services include refill guarantees (usually 30 days). We are not responsible for platform algorithm changes or drops caused by account issues.
