1. General Refund Policy
- All payments made on Peakerr.com are non-refundable once an order is placed.
- By adding funds and placing an order, you agree to this policy.
- Refunds are not available for completed or partially completed services.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:
- If an order cannot be delivered due to a technical error on our side.
- If the chosen service is unavailable and Peakerr cancels the order.
- If funds were added by mistake or a duplicate payment was made (subject to verification by our support team).
3. Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be credited to your Peakerr wallet balance only, which can be used for future orders.
- Refunds are not issued back to external payment gateways unless exceptional approval is granted. In such cases, a 10% refund fee applies.
- Refunds are not granted if you violate our Terms of Service or place orders for prohibited content.
- Any chargeback or payment dispute will result in the permanent suspension of your account.
4. Order Issues
- If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must contact support within 72 hours of placing the order.
- Peakerr is not responsible for:
Drops in followers, likes, or views caused by social media platforms.
Account bans, suspensions, or penalties imposed by third-party networks.
