1. Digital Service Policy

PEAKERR provides digital social media marketing services. Since our services are processed digitally and often start automatically after order placement, completed or processing orders are generally non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund or balance credit only if:

  • Your order was not started within the expected time.
  • The service was unavailable or canceled by the system.
  • You placed an order with incorrect service details due to a technical issue.
  • The delivered quantity was clearly lower than promised and refill is not available.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • You entered the wrong link, username, or order details.
  • The order is already completed successfully.
  • You changed your mind after placing the order.
  • Your social media account, post, video, or page was deleted, restricted, private, or unavailable.
  • Drop protection or refill was not included in the selected service.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once they are processing unless the service supports cancellation. If cancellation is available, the refunded amount will be returned to your PEAKERR account balance.

5. Account Balance Refund

Refunds are usually issued as account balance credit. This balance can be used to place future orders on PEAKERR.

6. Payment Gateway Refund

Refunds back to the original payment method are only available in special cases and are subject to review. Gateway fees, transaction charges, or currency conversion fees may be non-refundable.

7. Refill Policy

Some services include refill protection. If your order drops within the refill period, you may request a refill from our support team. Services without refill protection are not eligible for refill claims.
