Refunds are usually issued as account balance credit. This balance can be used to place future orders on PEAKERR.
Refunds back to the original payment method are only available in special cases and are subject to review. Gateway fees, transaction charges, or currency conversion fees may be non-refundable.
Some services include refill protection. If your order drops within the refill period, you may request a refill from our support team. Services without refill protection are not eligible for refill claims.
